This 304 stainless steel grater sits on a silicone anti-slip base, so it stays put while you push the cheese across it. A built-in scraper clears shreds from the teeth between passes.
At 12.5" (31 cm) long it spans a bowl, keeping the shavings where you want them. Use it for hard cheese, citrus zest, ginger, garlic and chocolate. Hand-wash in warm soapy water, dry it right away, then hang it by the handle loop or lay it flat in a drawer.
