Why the set
The same thickness every time
Wudy Kitchen
A burger patty press with a wood handle and 100 papers included, for even, ridged patties on the grill or in the pan.
Hand-formed burgers come out lumpy and uneven. Thick centers stay underdone while thin edges dry out, and the patty sits crooked on the bun.
This single-patty press shapes a round about 4.5" (11 cm) across at an even thickness every time. Line the base with a patty paper, set in a ball of ground beef, and press down with the wood handle. Lift, and the patty is ready for the grill or pan.
The press is nonstick-coated metal with grill-style ridges, and 100 round patty papers come with it, so each burger releases cleanly and stacks for the fridge or freezer. It suits anyone who makes burgers for a crowd or preps a batch ahead. Hand-wash and dry after use.
Place a patty paper in the base before pressing. Hand-wash with mild soap, rinse, and dry fully. Avoid harsh scouring on the nonstick coating.
