Description

Small freezer cubes melt quickly and water down whiskey, iced coffee and cocktails before you get to the last sip.

This food-grade silicone mold freezes round ice spheres. Because a sphere has less surface area than a pile of small cubes, it melts more slowly and keeps the drink closer to how you poured it. The flexible silicone peels away so each ball comes out whole.

Choose a mold with 4, 6, 8 or 15 spheres, depending on how many drinks you make. Fill it with clean water, freeze it on a flat shelf and flex the silicone to release the ice. Keep spare spheres in a freezer bag.
