Description
A pinch of cocoa straight from the bag lands in clumps on the crema and leaves fingerprints behind. Spooning it on is no better, since one corner of the cake ends up heavy and the rest bare.
This stainless steel duster sends dry powder through a fine mesh top, so cocoa, cinnamon, powdered sugar or matcha falls in a light, even layer over coffee and desserts. Fill it, twist the mesh top on and shake gently over the cup or plate.
It suits anyone who finishes lattes at home or dusts cakes and pastries before serving. Put the cap on between uses so kitchen humidity does not cake the powder inside.

What powders work in it?
Fine dry powders such as cocoa, powdered sugar, cinnamon and matcha. Coarse salt or anything damp will clog the mesh.
Can I use it with stencils?
Yes. Hold a stencil over milk foam or a cake and dust lightly for a clean pattern.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Hand washing is recommended to protect the mesh. Dry it thoroughly afterward.
Will the mesh spot if it stays wet?
It can, so dry the mesh completely after washing and before refilling.
