Description

Each time you open the big bag of beans in the morning, the whole supply meets fresh air and kitchen humidity again, and the last cups never taste quite as good as the first.

This glass jar holds one espresso dose, about 0.6 to 0.8 oz (18 to 22 g). Weigh the beans once, close the lid and leave the bulk bag sealed until the next refill. When it is time to brew, tip the jar straight into the grinder.

Pre-portion a few jars for the week and line them up on the coffee bar. The clear glass shows each roast at a glance.
