Baked-on grease needs more than a soft sponge, yet a scouring pad is too harsh for everyday plates and nonstick pans.
These double-sided sponges pair an abrasive scouring face with a soft wash side. Use the scour side to cut through stuck food on stainless steel and cast iron, then flip it over to wash the rest of the dishes. Each one measures about 4.5" × 2.5" × 1" (10–11 × 6.5–7 × 3.3–3.5 cm), a comfortable size for the hand.
There are 20 in the gray pack, enough to keep the sink stocked for weeks. Keep the soft side for nonstick and delicate finishes. Rinse, wring, and let each sponge air-dry between uses.
