Refund Policy – Wudy Kitchen

At Wudy Kitchen, we value customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange under the conditions outlined below.

1. Refund Period & Conditions

  • You may request a refund or exchange within 15 days from the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags intact, and in resellable condition.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used kitchenware cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Used or tested kitchen tools (knives, slicers, cookware, pans, etc.)

  • Products that come into direct contact with food (cups, plates, cutting boards, storage containers, etc.)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Discounted or sale items and gift cards

3. Exchange Policy

  • We generally offer refunds or exchanges.

  • Exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. Return Process

  1. Send your return request by email to info@wudykitchen.com.

  2. Ship the item back with its original packaging and invoice.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases of defective or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by us.

5. Processing Time & Fees

  • Returned items will be inspected for quality.

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued within 3 business days via your original payment method.

  • No restocking or additional fees will be charged.
