Description

This steak knife has a stainless steel blade set in a polished wooden handle, so it cuts clean portions at the table with a steady grip. It is made for grilled and roasted cuts rather than as a soft butter knife.

Take the knives on their own, or choose the boxed option with a beech storage block that keeps the blades apart between uses. Hand-wash and dry the blade and handle before they go back in the block.

Materials & Care

The blade is stainless steel and the handle is polished wood. The With Block option adds a beech storage block and comes in a gift box. Wash both blade and handle by hand and dry them before storing. Wood does not like soaking or the dishwasher, so keep it out of both.
