1.4 L · steaming insert + tea basket
Steam it, brew it or boil it. One glass kettle, three ways.
Aged white teas and dark teas open up best when gently steamed rather than steeped. This kettle has a glass steaming insert that lets water rise as steam through the leaves and drip back as rich, smooth tea.
Swap in the tea basket for classic brewing, or remove both and use it as a clear glass kettle. The flat stainless steel base sits steady on a gas flame, and the high borosilicate body lets you watch the whole process.
Not included: stove, cups and tray shown in photos.
Let the glass cool before washing and rinse with warm water. Avoid pouring cold water into a hot pot or setting it down on a cold, wet surface straight from the heat. Hand wash for the longest life. Always keep water in the kettle while it is on the heat, and use low to medium settings.
Hand wash in warm water and let the glass cool before rinsing. Avoid sudden temperature shocks, such as cold water into a hot pot. Keep water in the kettle while it is on the heat.
