Engraved sizes that stay put
Wudy Kitchen
Stainless measuring cups or spoons with wooden handles and engraved sizes that stay readable over time.
Plastic measuring cups warp in a hot dishwasher and the printed sizes rub off, so you end up guessing which one is the half cup. That guess is often the reason a cake comes out dry.
These have stainless bowls on wooden handles, with each size engraved into the wood where it cannot wash away. The cup set runs 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, and 1 cup. The spoon set runs 1/4 teaspoon through 1 tablespoon.
Choose cups or spoons in a stainless or black finish. Scoop, then level dry ingredients with a straight edge for an accurate measure.
Scoop or pour to the rim, then level flour or sugar with the back of a knife. Nest the cups when dry so the sizes stay in order.
Hand-wash with mild soap and dry the wood straight away. Do not soak the handles or put them in the dishwasher.
