At Wudy Kitchen, your satisfaction comes first. Try your order at home — if it is not right, return it within 14 days of delivery. No restocking fees.
Return Window & Conditions
- Requests can be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Sale and discounted items can be returned on the same terms.
- Please include your order number with every return request.
Exceptions
- Customized or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
- Items sealed for hygiene reasons, once the seal has been broken.
Arrived damaged or incorrect? Email info@wudykitchen.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.
Exchanges
We generally issue refunds. Exchanges are accepted when a product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us within the return window and, subject to stock, we'll send the correct item.
How to Return
- Email your request to info@wudykitchen.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
- For US, UK and Ireland orders, we email a prepaid return label once your return is approved — no return shipping cost to you.
- Pack items in their original packaging and drop them off at the carrier shown on the label.
Refund Timing & Fees
- Returned items are inspected on arrival.
- Once approved, refunds are issued within 3 business days to your original payment method.
- No restocking or hidden fees.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
