Versatile utility knife built for clean chopping, slicing, and dicing. The 67-layer  Damascus steel  blade is vacuum heat-treated to  60 ± 2 HRC  for long-lasting sharpness and corrosion resistance. A smooth  honeycomb handle  (aviation aluminum + resin with dual copper rings) provides a comfortable, stable grip. 

Use:  meat, fruit, sashimi, vegetables (not for bones or frozen food).
